Jae Hyun Park, R.Ac
Jae Hyun Park is a Registered Acupuncturist who completed his formal education in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Canada. His journey began in 2018 when he started studying traditional Korean acupuncture at the Gudang Acupuncture and Moxibustion Institute under the guidance of Master Kim Namsoo, a legendary figure in Korean acupuncture. There, he was mentored by Professor Lee Chul-hyung, a respected leader in East-West integrative medicine. These formative experiences laid a strong foundation for his clinical training and deepened his appreciation for both classical Eastern principles and modern therapeutic approaches.
His path into TCM was shaped by a profoundly personal experience. In 2016, his daughter was born with cerebral palsy and multiple developmental challenges. By the age of two, she also began experiencing seizures. This emotionally and physically demanding time led him to explore healing approaches beyond the limits of conventional Western medicine. Through this search, he encountered the holistic philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which not only offered new treatment possibilities but also transformed his understanding of health, the human body, and life itself. This experience became the driving force behind his commitment to the study and practice of TCM.
Jae Hyun Park believes that Traditional Chinese Medicine is more than a medical system; it is a way of life that values harmony between body, mind, and nature. His clinical approach integrates meridian theory and organ-based diagnosis with a Western medical perspective, allowing him to offer personalized and comprehensive care. Informed by his own healing journey, he regularly uses therapies such as acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, and acupressure for himself and his family. He is passionate about sharing these trusted methods with others, helping individuals discover a healthier, more balanced, and connected life through the practical wisdom of TCM.
